The rooms are clean and nice. Very good hotel with polite staff.

The owner said to us that we don’t deal with booking dot com because at such low prices you can not find dharamshala so how can we provide hotel room. He threatened us to cancel the booking from app from our side otherwise he wouldn’t provide us room (it was urgent situation and we had motorcycle too). I called customer service they denied to talk to property owner(said they were not allowed), somehow we managed to put phone on speaker and the owner heard the word “yourbooking is cancelled”. He charged more for room which did not have even geyser. Partner had flight next morning so asked for hot water previous night and receptionist said yes. Next morning he didn’t pick up the telephone. Pathetic service.. Advice for you: if you are looking for budget rooms, then be aware. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE WITH ME IN A ROW, they even take your phone form some code and rate it excellent by themselves (rating scam has happened with delhi staybook hotel shri balaji new delhi railway station)
