Wi fi is good enough. Location is good.

Worst experience due to ignorant staff. No hospitality at all. After checking the reviews we booked this hotel through Booking.com for 5 days.But it was totally apposite. Staff were not helpful at all. No value for money. We booked two double occupancy rooms but after reaching hotel they gave the worst rooms. No king size beds available. They joined two beds to look-like double bed which is very disappointed . No comfort at all.No toiletries provided. No mobile network at all.

The property is located in the heart of BUND GARDEN hence, a person travelling and wants to have access to Bund Garden offices by walk only should visit here nor any family or couples should prefer this Hotel.

A lot of stuff. Firstly the property is a really old residential building which they have turned into a Lodge hence not a pleasant experience. Since it is commercialised for a restaurant and lodge both makes it a bit uncomfortable for us as a family. The property lights are extremely old like yellow bulbs makes it look like a shady small lodge for your unauthorised activities. It is going under Maintenance hence a lot pf renovation work They do not have in-house facilities like restro and stuff really difficult to get room service not even a phone available to call room service. Washrooms were old doesn't look clean at all. Beds are not a single bed two beds attached making it really uncomfortable Not at all recommended for the price above 1.5k

Bedding was not comfortable. We asked for the extra blanket but they give us the bedsheet. We have to change the room with our female colleague because mysterious door between two room and someone knocking the door at night and some disturbance outside the room. No network.
