All fine. Rooms very big and AC good. Breakfast was very nice.

Must admit, at first I wasn't thrilled about ordering breakfast to the room. But it was good and all very pleasant. Location fine by car. We actually walked from the metro which is simple enough with Google Maps and some confidence!

Excellent stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location felt very safe. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and secure stay.

The room was old with a strong smell of disinfectant. I encountered a mattress moth and was scratching all the time. I immediately left the room and asked for a full refund of the money I had paid and the owner refused to give it to me.

The rooms are spacious with neat and clean appeal. It is more kind of PG room rather than hotel.

Upon late-night check-in, we were assigned a room that displayed noticeable dampness, which was unacceptable. Despite our early booking and full-rate payment, we were informed that no other rooms were available due to full occupancy. Furthermore, the staff's response to our concerns was unsatisfactory. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, they repeatedly emphasized that we would not find comparable accommodations at the same price point. This approach felt dismissive and failed to address the core problem of the substandard room condition. We expected a more service-oriented response, especially considering our pre-booked reservation and the late hour of our arrival.
