Čistota, personál, pohodlie, skutočne bohaté raňajky, krasna príroda, lokalita násobne pokojnejšia ako v dedinkách na druhej strane nádrže, kde bolo stále milion ludi,

Restauracne menu na obedy a vecere bolo vynikajúce, avsak kazdy den bolo rovnaké, mozno by som viac ocenil keby sa castejsie menilo. Check-in len do 20:00.

Raňajky boli super, aj izba bola OK.

Prišli sme o 12:30 a chceli sme sa v hotelovej reštaurácii naobedovať a bolo nám oznámené, že čašník príde až o 13:00. Budova hotela bola zamknutá, takže sme si nemali kam zložiť veci.

The interior decoration is charming and the rooms are nice. The concierge was very pleasant and did what he could but he was managing the whole place on his own while he kept mentioning he was not the manager. He gave us a free map to apologise for inconvenience. Parking is easy. We were adequately comfortable but expected more, especially given the price.

Check-in was bad. No-one with experience available. No one to help with information. They kept referring to a manager who never appeared during our stay (we were there 2 nights). Breakfast was nice but not covered so quickly cooled down if you got there late and not very hygienic. Dinner was average. There is no where comfy to sit in our or outside the terrace. The tables are hard wooden with parasols inconveniently placed so that they block the person next and opposite you. The bar / restaurant just has plain tables, no relaxing chairs of sofas. The location is okay but no nice places to sit and enjoy the view of the lake and no pleasant towns nearby. Better to stay more east and closer to the main attractions such as Sucha Bela which is still a 45 min drive.
