Location as things are accessible easily from Transportation, foods or groceries

The whole room was stinking. They say balcony with sea view (obviously I wasn’t excepting sea but maybe a lake or water body) which is just a building in front. There was a seepage in all the rooms and while asking for fresh ones they simply said “ sir humne kaafi try kiya but wo fix hi nae hota to aise hi hain saare rooms” that’s just pathetic, it was more like a Oyo room which should cost 200-300 max. There was leak in the washroom and running water on the floor all the time so you need to very careful while entering the washroom.
