המיקום היה טוב והחדר היה נקי הטלוויזיה היתה בסדר, המים היו חמים

החדר היה צפוף, המיטה רכה מידי ולא נוחה, המיזוג עבד רק על חימום (ינואר) הצוות לא באמת מנסה לעזור ולא נחמד כל כך , למשל ביקשתי כוס קפה בבוקר למרות שלא שילמנו על ארוחת בוקר, אמרו לי שזה עולה 12 שח , לא היה לי מזומן שלחו אותי לדלפק הקבלה לשלם 12 שח באשראי ולחזור לקבל את הקפה . תחושה שעושים לך טובה. לא נחזור לפרימה רויאל

החדר אומנם יחסית קצת קטן אבל מאובזר בכל מה שצריך .שירות מעולה, בקבלה ,בחדר האוכל ובכל רחבי המלון: מיד נענים לבקשתך בחיוך .ארוחת בוקר מגוונת.מיקום. גג שמשקיף 360 מעלות על כל העיר, עם אפשרות לישיבה ומיטות שיזוף.

באנו ללילה אחד, ואמרנו שנחזור לכמה לילות אפילו..... השאירו לנו קצת פינוקים בחדר, הכל היה נקי, יש חניה מסביב שזה יתרון גדול. איך שעלינו קיבלנו טלפון מהקבלה שאלו אם הכל בסדר ואם יש בעיה שנפנה אליהם. קיצור היה קצר וטוב ובא לנו עוד קצת במלון 🥰

טובה אבל יותר מדי מהר הורידו את האוכל בבר ובעקר את התה והקפה.אם ארוחה עד 10 נהוג להשאיר את הבר עדין פתוחמולפחות תה וקפה עד אחרון הסועדים אהבנו את החניה בשפע

"Great location, great food and pleasant stay"

Room was nice and big and it’s a quiet spot

Dinner is served in a sister hotel a 5 minute walk up hill. That’s fine if mobile, just to make people aware. But was served in a very nice bigger Prima hotel.
