Premier League Pad

This was the cleanest, most comfortable place I have EVER stayed in. The amenities were stellar. It was so clean you could eat off the floor. It had everything you needed while traveling if you forgot something they had it there for your use. The bed was clean and with new sheets and a comfortable memory foam bed.Plenty of parking and the building is nice and quiet. Every time I come to town I will definitely stay there if it's available. I wish I could give 100 stars for this place. It was AWESOME!!!

Mold on shower curtains. No mirror in bedroom. The bathroom faucet was leaking from top and from the bottom. The room had a smell of mold.

Quiet area out of the city. Easy to find. Space was clean and big. Bed was comfy. Shower was hot. Very well maintained and at the end of a long day we looked forward to getting back to the apartment to relax.

Clean and quiet/peaceful!

I loved this property so much that I ended up extending my stay, and the host was super great about it! I had some questions when I was booking the second part of my stay and they were super fast to respond and very helpful. My previous review goes over how great the apartment itself was. There were quite a few times where my boyfriend and I were like, “Man if only they were renting this apartment out cause I’d want to live here” especially because we hit a few bumps in the road with getting an apartment in this state after moving from FL. The location was truly in the perfect spot. You’re so close to everything! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone that is looking for a home away from home.

The first week of our stay was pretty quiet. However, the second half of our stay seemed like there was quite a bit of noise. Not sure if it was due to insulation or just the volume of the neighbors below and beside us, but I could definitely hear the downstairs neighbor singing along to Pitch Perfect and the next door neighbors arguing intensely. We also got the sense that the downstairs neighbor was smoking marijuana (I’m 420 friendly, but others may not be) as the smell was in the bedroom at night. It was not like that during the first week of our stay. None of these instances can be controlled by the hosts, so I wasn’t really bothered by it and don’t think it’s fair to give a bad review for these things, but it may be something the host should possibly report to the property manager or owner of the building.

Pretty much everything about it was great! I loved that the place looks EXACTLY like the photos and honestly it is so well kept and clean that you can just tell it is taken well care of. I think we got such a good deal on this place and would highly recommend! The host was extremely responsive, fast and kind! Check in was a breeze! The berkley jensen velvet bedset (that I’ve been searching everywhere for btw LOL) was probably my favorite cozy thing about this apartment especially with the recent cold weather. We’re moving from FL and having some delays with obtaining an apartment here in CT, so this was a great solution for us. It truly felt like home & I loved that I could make us home cooked meals as well, which would not have happened if we opted for a hotel. All of the silverware, appliances, cookware, coffee cups look and feel brand new. Honestly, everything in the apartment looked and felt brand new, even the windows!! There were even some snacks, toothbrushes, etc available (and appreciated) in case you forgot anything! This was such a refreshing experience. Highly highly recommend.

I loved everything about it, but areas of improvement/suggestions could be: Cooking utensils (you have such beautiful cookware we didn’t want to scratch anything so we got $1 plastic utensils so we could cook meat/pasta & flip eggs and what not without ruining your beautiful pots/frying pan) Microwave (it was a little tough trying to plan out what to make that wouldn’t leave leftovers since there wasn’t a microwave. I know it’s not the worlds largest kitchen, but you could think about storing all appliances above or inside the cabinets since there’s some room) Cleaning supplies (I know there’s a cleaning fee and you probably don’t want people to abuse/take your cleaning supplies, but a personal preference of mine is always trying to leave a place cleaner than I found it but there wasn’t any cleaning sprays/wipes available to take care of the counters/table and such) Provide instructions on thermostat maybe for out- of-state visitors (I’m from FL, so we have central air instead of baseboard heating, thankfully my boyfriend is from CT so he was able to give me a little lesson on how to properly use thermostat)

I loved how the apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was VERY clean and organized. They leave a lot of useful things for you just in case you forget them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The downstairs neighbors were loud all night. Vent in bathroom could be cleaned. More locks on the doors. The bedroom doesn’t even have a lock on the door!
