The Penida Project

Lovely little hostel hidden away in the jungle, great staff and atmosphere, we felt instantly comfortable. The food is amazing too. Special shout out to Laura, Tequila and Romeo💘🐶

We loved our time here, the only feedback we’d give is there was no way to lock our dorm room (but there is locked drawers for belongings)

Apart from the beautiful scenery, the cleanliness, the nice rooms and the good food, the hostel stands out for its social engagement. There are activities every day. E.g., there are sightseeing tours, movie nights and dance parties on Saturdays (which are open to guests from other hostels, so even in the low season there are enough people to socialise with). A big shout-out to Laura! She offered to be my tour guide for the day! Thanks again! And in general: Thank you to the whole staff! I really enjoyed your company:)

Esta todo limpio y en orden. Muy buen ambiente, tanto por los clientes como por el staff,,, Estela fue muy simpática e hizo la estancia mas divertida,,,

This was the most comfortable, clean, spacious and beautiful hostel I've ever stayed at. They have pool table, darts, basket court, pool and board games. Special mention to the staff, the owner Sam and Estela, the actual volunteer. They were always very helpful and made me feel super comfortable and have fun.

Food prices higher than usual (still cheap after all).

The beds is comfy, all good, there’s a locker in the bottom of the bed, bathroom with a lot of showers and toilets, pool table, and huge place to chill by the swimming pool. One room is 10 people, great food in the inhouse restaurant, you can order everything there. It’s for someone who wants to chill at one place and don’t wanna go out. There are events as well. Nice place, welcoming staff.

The distance, the more you go in the smaller the road is, only for advanced driver or you can ask the hostel to arrange a motorbike pickup/car for you.

Le personnel été très gentil, très accueillant, drôle, Margo qui est volontaire nous a fait rentrer direct dans le mood du Penida project, elle a été génial avec notre groupe. Merci à tous et surtout Margo qui été super!

Le billard été un peu vieux mais quand même très utile 😅 (on fait les meilleurs partie sur les vieilles tables)
