Trato nefasto incluso del jefe cuando tuvimos un problema con las medicinas que llevábamos y se fue la luz. Avisamos de nuestra llegada, de que necesitábamos una nevera y a todo respondieron sí. Al llegar, estaban tumbados, entre risas nos llevaron a una habitación en la que no había nevera ni funcionaba el aire. La tv tampoco. Nos cambiaron a otra pero la nevera tardo en llegar. Habitación sucia. Sábanas amarillas y el baño sucio. No recomiendo el hotel por el personal.

I choose this place because its location. When I arrived in Nusa Penida, the place did not existed on the location, it was a completely different location, PLUS, the name of the Hotel on bookings.com is different as well from the supposed real place! After a long time trying to find where it was, I decided to stay one night, however: The Air con did not work well, the room was super hot. I was taking shower, when suddenly, the water stoped to work while I had a lot of shampoo on my head. I hd to leave the room to find someone to make it works. After 15 min like that, the water came back. The bedroom was completely different from the pictures. I ended up asking for my money back as the location and the aircon was the main things for me, but none of them was as axpected! The guy did not want to give me the money back , but after almost 1h discussing, he did it and was super rude!

L’emplacement : à mi chemin à pied entre le port et les clubs de plongée et à côté de la rue principale avec commerces et restaurants

La piscine est salle, aucun service type café ou boisson, la chambre n’est pas faite tous les jours Bref, le lit est confortable mais il ne faut pas espérer y faire autre chose que dormir et prendre une douche
