Lovely room, nice pool

Reception area not open between 12-2.30pm..gad to wait outside on the hotel steps to get checked in

Paulo was a fantastic host. Location of apartment is AMAZING. Views are to die for. Steep hill up to it but luckily a short distance. Facilties throughout the apartment are good quality and work well. 15 minute walk to the train station and supermarket at the bottom of the hill. It was a great property to relax in after busy day's out.

The location is excellent, with free guest parking and a stunning view of Rapallo. The apartment features a reasonably stocked kitchen cabinet, comfortable beds, and a pristine interior. Paulo, the friendly and helpful concierge, enhances the experience. The balcony is gorgeous, theres a beautifully clean pool. Restaurants and shops are conveniently located nearby.

However, the owner was unresponsive to our concerns. We requested an extra pillow, a replacement for a very moldy coffee pot and a bathroom mat for wet floors.. The shower head is completely broken.. only leaving an almost broken shower wand to use, But the wand has no hook to hold it.. The shower door wont close properly, which leads to floor flooding.. No reply received...

The apartment was clean. Air conditioning worked well. No issue bringing there our dog. We made use of the well equipped kitchen. Nice balcony.

Bed it’s bit uncomfortable.

Location had amazing view. Place was clean with alot of natural light. Everything worked. Beds comfortable. Quiet and secure building. Paulo met us there and looked after us with anything needed. Pool available which was nice. Flexible with check in and out times and leaving luggage. Everything worked in apartment would recommend. Lift available. Quiet and peaceful area. .

It was an old style hotel very dated furniture and lift was old and small. A little out do the main area but 10 min walk uphill. Check out 10 instead of advertised 11! But flexible with leaving luggage which was handy.
