There is nothing not to like. The B&B is central and at certain times it is busy so there is a bit of noise peak hour.

No breakfast included. Would have preferred to park car behind locked gates

Security of the doors (entrance door had a grille; the same type of door on the balcony did not), so anyone could walk right up to the doors, but secure environment of the house
