Sweetheart little apartment with everything we could possibly want, beautifully set out. Just lovely, and with a view to the ocean. We had our best meal of our trip so far at Carola Ann’s.

The apartment lived up to its pictures, boasting a lovely interior, a cozy bed, and breathtaking ocean views. The host was kind.

Our stay at the apartment had a few drawbacks. Upon arrival, we were met with a rather off-putting "punishment catalogue" outlining fines for any damage or rule violations. While understandable, it created an unwelcoming atmosphere. The bathroom also presented some minor inconveniences. The toilet lid had a tendency to snap shut unexpectedly, and we found ourselves lacking basic amenities like teaspoons for coffee and a dishtowel (despite the emphasis on paying for damages like spills and stains). However, the most significant issue occurred on our main day at the accommodation when we woke up to find no running water. The host was already aware of the problem but failed to inform us proactively or offer any immediate solutions, such as providing water for basic needs. While we understand that such issues can arise, a more empathetic response, perhaps a discount considering the lack of access to the whirlpool, would have been appreciated. Overall, while the apartment had potential, these issues unfortunately detracted from our enjoyment of the stay.

This is really a sunny spot! We loved the view, how clean it was, how practical and comfortable! A well thought out space with everything you need! Christine was helpful, and all instructions were very clear. The surprise bottle of wine which one can purchase if you forgot to bring your own was so thoughtful! Every detail was attended to, including everything you need for that first cup of coffee!

The property could be an 11/10 if they would consider adding a small screen to the left of the barbecue area. Relaxing in the outside spa bbath, one feels a bit exposed. We still highly enjoyed it though but a little more privacy will go a long way!

The bed was comfortable and there was also sufficient appliances in the kitchen for our short stay.

The place is small and was confusing to get to. The place is suitable for short stays.
