Everything The host was incredibly friendly and provided everything we could possibly need to have a pleasant stay. The AC worked great. Really appreciated at the current temperatures. The beds very clean and very comfy.

"Exceptional"

The apartment was very clean, the fridge had all the goodies for breakfast and the kitchen had everything you need. We enjoyed the fragrance of the linden tree. Highly recommended.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Gian Lucca was a great host, supplying an abundance of food and helpful information for the area.We loved walking the neighborhoods and seeing historical sights. We had a wonderful time in Parma!

"We can’t wait to come back - a cozy Italian home"

The hosts (Jian Luca and Cristiana) were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. They met us at the apartment and stayed to answer any questions we had about the apartment and Parma city. The amenities were fantastic. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable, we went in March and the heaters kept us very warm. The kitchen was very large and they even had the fridge and pantry filled with so much food, coffee and tea. They have lots of games and movies to watch on the tv. We were sad to only be staying for 1 night, we will be back for sure! Thank you so much for your hospitality Jian Luca and Cristiana.

"Superb"

The owners provide such excellent amenities. Everything you could possibly use was there and really generous in the amount of cold bottle water, breakfast food etc. The apartment was spotless and quiet. Overall highly recommended

"A cozy apartment with great value for money"

The location is very convenient. The landlord prepared breakfast and a lot of food very carefully. The apartment is very clean and the layout is warm. It completely exceeded our expectations. The price-performance ratio is too high. I will come back in the future. Highly recommended!!!
