The bathroom was really nice and the room was clean

It didn’t have an accommodation for my child even though I put that we would have our daughter. She is 5. And when i asked if there was a cot or anything I did not get a response. Ended up having to use the pillows and blankets to make her a bed on the ground so she wasn’t just sleeping on the floor. It said the room covered sleeping arrangements for 3 people. Just wish they had a couch or a cot or something, or mentioned it when I said I had my child with me.

It was decent in a moments notice

I accidentally left my money clip in the room when i was checking out and they denied having it. I had to replace all my credit cards, license and credentials.

Location and price

Good place for the price.

The location was good and it was easy to find. My check in and out process was pleasant and I liked the fact that there was parking in front of our room and all the rooms were on ground floor and the accessible from the parking lot. The heating unit was excellent and warmed the room well.

The bed was a little firmer than I was used to, and caused me to have a sore back in the morning, but I slept comfortably. The towels were a little coarse, but there were enough for the room's occupancy which was a plus.
