The staff and communication from the facility even before you arrive as a guest. The place is beautiful and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay and would do it again. Atleast this time I know that its not all inclusive as advertised. Only meals are included.

The light that comes from the bathroom door. Management needs to consider putting some blinds because the light wakes you up. The is no door to the bathroom so that light as the sun rises comes directly into your face. No point of the blackout curtains if the light hits your face while you are trying to sleep. Even when I tried to go under the duvet, the light woke me up every single time. They also need to correct the "All Inclusive", its all meals included. It is not all inclusive, not even a soft drink is included.

The views from our room, the hot tub and the outside shower were amazing. The service stuff treated us so well, thank you Thami, Mbali and Junior you made our stay special. To Chef Lesedi your food and plating was amazing we loved everything about it.

The network can be a bit slow but that was not a train smash as we were there to relax.

Every meal was an experience. Superbly cooked and presented with an artistic touch. The breakfasts were an abundance of flavour and such variety, one could not ask for more. The staff were of the highest calibre in the industry tending to every need or want with such friendliness and professionalism. The accommodation was outstanding with every consideration taken into account. The bird life was an absolute joy to listen to and observe.

Location, the staff, the place, excellent spacious and very well maintained and decorated rooms. The overall experience at this place was beyond expectations. Quite, private with no distractions, just holiday
