"Zklamání v centru Bratislavy"

Velká koupelna, s dostatkem odkládacího prostoru. Relativně pohodlná postel.

Přístup na kód - zařízení je velmi citlivé, takže je problém zadat správný kód. Pokoušeli jsme se i s dalšími turisty několikrát, a nedařilo se. Pak jsme si vyžádali asistenci personálu, informace byla pouze, že máme zadat správný kód, a místo podpory přišel printcreen s tím, že jsme opakovaně zadali kód špatně. Stačila by info/obrázek/popis, jak aktivovat zařízení aniž by byla zmáčknuta již nějaká číslice. Takhle si servis pro zákazníky nepředstavuju, měla jsem pocit, že otravuji... A stejně i dvojice, co se pokoušela dostat do ubytování se mnou. V apartmánu hrozné horko, klimatizační jednotka má vývod z okna, které vede na pavlač, tudíž si ho nenecháte otevřené přes noc. Za hluk z baru dole nikdo nemůže, za špinavou a oprýskanou vanu ano. V apartmánu čekám alespoň malý kuchyňský kout, nejen konvici a dvě skleničky. Sice jsem nepotřebovala, ale může zmást. Poloha v centru je fajn, ale ne nad bary, do 3 hodin do rána byl hluk. Za mne už nikdy více, jezdím do Blavy často, ale tohle bylo naprosto nejhorší ubytování, co jsem zažila. Hlučné, vedro, špinavá vana a arogantní ubytovatel.
