"Stayed as a family of 4 plus dog and was a great base to explore the lakes."

Beautiful character property with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Very dog friendly 🤩 we cooked in the evenings and lunches out at the numerous options nearby. Kitchen had everything needed and very well thought out. Played board games provided in front of the cosy fire. Local park very handy for the dog and only 10/15 mins walk up to Kendal castle

"Gorgeous, quirky and cosy, a special find."

The Hosts were super helpful and made our stay extra special with thoughtful personal touches. The Loft is so lovely, quirky, comfortable and cosy, very well equipped and perfectly located for walking in to the centre of Kendal and exploring beyond. Having a parking permit was brilliant and the car park is so much closer than we thought which was great. We absolutely loved it!

"Amazing value family stay"

The loft is large, comfortable and brilliantly equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, there are games and on demand tv. The milk, biscuits, tea/coffee and sugar was a welcome sight. Being dog friendly was a massive plus for us but the tennis balls and treats were an unexpected bonus. The loft was plenty warm with the pre set heating so I had no worries about our toddler being cold over night even in the current freezing weather. Bethany was brilliant and even sent me the link for indestructible tennis balls.

"Perfect"

Very cosy, lovely interior and a short walk to pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Especially enjoyed the small touches for the dogs like the treats and tennis balls!
