"Good location but didn’t get what we signed up for."

It has a good location and on the water which was nice.

We get there was a hurricane. None of the pools were working which I wish we would have known while booking it on here. We didn’t have a king bed at all like we paid for. We had a Murphy bed which was not comfortable at all. The floors in the room were full of hair and sand.
