Locație ușor de găsit. Studioul, bine compartimentat și utilat, este dotat cu toate cele necesare unei șederi plăcute și confortabile.

Este necesara remediera ventilației din apartament având în vedere faptul ca încălzirea si aerul condiționat sunt asigurate de o centrala comuna a blocului, ventilatia din camera functiona non stop fără a putea sa fie închisă si seara este destul de deranjant zgomotul. Curățenia era ok fiind necesar o igienizare a perdelelor si mirosul de aer închis( cred ca acum ceva timp s-a fumat în apartament) și era un aer închis și puțin neplăcut, în rest totul ok.
