Everything new, clean, dishwasher, accessible to nearby Lidl

The walls are so thin, you can hear other neighbors snoring or talking. During the day, it’s not a big deal, however one night we had the occasion to hear our neighbors working hardly on their bed with specific noises 😂 (they were having s*x). So for a few hour in the middle of the night we were widely awake.
