"Skegness property review"

Location perfect, central, enclosed garden was perfect for dog and made getting in and out the property easy, accommodation clean. Rear access was very useful, parking close by, comfy bed although very low, overall a nice property for a few days.

Entrance to property is accessed down a dangerous flight of steps ( rear access solves this issue ) , one bedroom has full on suit, one bedroom has a shower only located in a cuboard, toilet ,handbasin just outside. Tiled 2inch steps between each room caused trip hazards as they blended in the floor, ( we put a mat over each ) sofas in lounge very hard and uncomfortable you could not relax on them , property was a little dated.

Lovely apartment, it had everything you would need, we would definitely stay again. Very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Fantastic location near to all attractions. The host even left us a card and gift, extremely thoughtful!

The location was excellent. The house and decor was excellent. The room and the whole property were very clean. It was very close to the beach and all local facilities

The property was on lower ground floor, and the steps were slightly steep for us. Other than that everything was brilliant

location is fabulous beds comfy nice apartment with outside space lots of kitchen space with all mod cons

steep steps to front door, this would be a struggle if you have pushchairs or little kids sofas not comfortable as sofas but good as beds no heating in kitchen area for time of year bits and bobs that could be better placed such as cupboard in bathroom being moved further back towards corner as it's in the way carpet in back bedroom as floor is cold and making the living room sofas more comfy as we spent most of the time sat on the beds

only problem was space in the on suite, but the spare bedroom was huge!
