It’s a historic building, but it is completely renovated and modernly comfortable. I like that our apartment had a clear theme - bourbon and horses - which was in line with this part of Kentucky. A place like this in New York City would cost probably about 1,000$ a night.

Beautiful, clean.

Low, sink with no counter top. No where to do makeup, shave, etc. Almost got locked out as our key was turned off without notice. Horrible pillows that hurt our necks. Loud street noise - fitness classes with blaring stereo on the street early Saturday morning. Still haven't received final itemized bill.

The architecture and the furnishings made for a tasteful and pleasant stay. I really wish we could have stayed longer in town to enjoy another evenings stay. We will visit the area again and hopefully be able to make reservations again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the wild turkey room and it was amazing! It was decorated beautifully and the host was fantastic, super personable and kind! We will definitely come back again, when we come from New York!
