"Buyer beware."

Location was excellent. Parking was helpful.

Uncomfortable sofa, needs replacement. Uncomfortable mattress, needs replacement. One small towel per person to last 3 days. Tiny old blanket.

The apartment is in an amazing location. It's so easy to get to all the main attractions. The Wifi and Sky TV were a great thing to have after making the kids walk around the Stratford sites all day! :)

There are a few areas of the apartment that need a bit of repair/update, but for the price this is perfect.

"Exceptional"

Location is great for a theatre stay in Stratford. Flat is clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay.

Unfortunately the water was turned off whilst a plumbing repair was made so we couldn't have a shower before going out. Not the owner's fault and he kept us informed.

Unsuite in both bedrooms, parking & good location. The property was presented nicely.

Property could do with some maintenance. The shower head & stem in the first bedroom was loose & hard to manage. The carpet was very stained & could do with a steam clean.

"Excellent for a short break"

Fantastic location, secure parking included, and two bedrooms that are both en-suite makes this an excellent choice for a theatre trip to Stratford with friends. Excellent communications including very clear check-in instructions from a very helpful host made us feel well looked after. We hope to be back soon.

Not a problem for us, but the flat is on the top floor so there are quite a few stairs to climb if you have lots of luggage.
