Had a lovely stay, so relaxing. Perfect location and the property is very comfortable with everything you need. Hosts communication was excellent. Will definitetly be returning.

The host was welcoming, keep us posted of everything we need to know. The location was excellent, a 5-minute walk to the Shakespeare’s Birthplace.

The WiFi was not stable, dropped for a few times during our stay.

The apartment was so well located for the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and all rooms oozed comfort and a relaxing ambience. All in all, I was really impressed at being able to secure such good accommodation at short notice and for a very reasonable price too. The fact that there weren't only two bedrooms but also two bathrooms was a definite selling point too as it meant that my friend and I had space and privacy to enjoy the facilities. The double bed in the apartment was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and it really felt so cosy in that room. I liked the lovely encouragement notices that were scattered around the apartment too that enhanced the welcome feel to the apartment and it conveyed to me how the owner had gone the extra mile to really make you feel at home. Also, the owner was amazing both before and during the stay and checked in with me at every point, asking if there was anything else they could do for me to improve the stay, which is a rare trait but so important. I locked the Jews inbthe flat during the stay and when I messaged the owner, they were so prompt replying and even coming to the apartment with a universal key to let me back in. Harry, the owner was so friendly and efficient and had really thought of everything to make sure that the customer has a first class stay. I will be recommending the apartment and the business to people and hope to stay at the apartment again soon.
