Great place, clean and very comfortable room. Only inconvenience was that the elevator did not work during the whole weekend.

Es un lugar muy básico, las habitaciones son bonitas y amplias. Sin embargo el internet es pésimo, no llegaba a la habitación y adentro casi no teníamos cobertura de datos, estuvimos 4 días y nunca sirvió el ascensor, tienen parqueaderos disponibles pero no ofrecen parqueadero

Casa Sobe offers a simple, clean, and convenient stay at a reasonable price. It’s tidy, in a great location (several feet from the beach), and felt safe. If you’re looking for an affordable, no-frills place to sleep while enjoying the area, this is the place. However, there were a few downsides: - WiFi was unstable, making communication difficult. - No reliable hot water in the shower. - Misleading beach chair policy: They’re advertised as two chairs complimentary per accommodation but I was charged $15 per chair. Despite these issues, I’d consider staying again for the value and location—but next time, I’d pick a room away from the elevator and bring my own hotspot.

Everything is very closed to this place! No one bothers you it’s super easy to get in !

A clean hotel that accommodated an early check in. Location is central to everything South Beach has to offer.

Just needs to fix the elevator. Such a beautiful spot to stay in. We enjoyed our time there.
