excellent location

The property is is an amazing location, at the exact center of the heart of essaouira. I loved the decorations of the place and how it makes you feel at home, in a proper local house. The owner is WONDERFUL person to meet, so welcoming, chatty and friendly. When he came for the check out he was so polite that he allowed us to leave our stuff after check out to go check out our last spots without our bags. I am very grateful and happy that we booked this place.

Owner let us stay well past checkout as our bus was in mid afternoon. Extremely kind ! Amazing value for money.

Great location but not exactly where it says, it's about 20 meters down the same road. No way to find it without calling him. Issue if you don't have a local sim

We like the location. It's not far from the main tourist areas.

The riad is falling down. The walls in the rooms are humid and the paint is peeling off by itself. The shower and the tap in the kitchen were not working. Couldn't wash ourself during our 2 night stay. Couldn't even get hold of the owner to complain about it until the day we left. His answer was there were no water in the whole city. It was not true, all the restaurants we went had water everywhere.

The riad was very beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and all the room we got. The location could not be more ideal.
