Privacy peace and calm stay. Host Ajiish was very helping .

food was excellent...

nothing like that .. but we feeled lonely of staying there..

It was a nice location to stay at the top of the hill. We can travel by jeep to reach that place. Nice experience for me and family. Friendly staff, take care of guests well..

Amazing dinner and breakfast from the host - the dinner was possibly one of the tastiest meals I've ever had. (I even requested the receipe!). The staff were very kind to help with picking me up and dropping me off when required and did resolve issues I had as and when raised which was much appreciated.

The property is beautiful but did feel slightly stale. The location is on an inaccessible steep hill and in particular was not ideal when there was torrential rain during my entire stay - this is of course not a reflection on the owner or the property but I did not feel entirely safe during my stay. The location requires the constant assistance of the owner and his manager to pick up and drop off so was not the best way to explore Munnar. The tuk tuk costs are also really expensive due to the location so this needs factoring in if you do not have your own vehicle. I do not recommend this for solo travellers but this is not a criticism on the property - just my personal experience of the property being in a really inaccessible location, combined with the weather being so bad during my stay. If you are looking for a remote stay and a place to completely switch off this would be ideal, however on a 2-3 day trip to Munnar and in particular for a solo traveller I really struggled staying here.
