Eco Resort Kaiyrma

Everything was perfect!! Lovely and comfortable A hut, amazing breakfast with wonderful views!

We took the bad road to the place because of google maps. There was a better road apparently. So make sure to use the better road and don’t follow google maps’ (as of Jun 2025).

Location is great. View from hotel is amazing . Bokonbayevo village under mountain looking amazing.

Resort is not providing water bottle. Rooms are small Breakfast option is very very less . Veg option is totaly missing. The main problem that Hotel staff don't understand English.

Nice ambience, nice rooms, helpfull staff.

Shower and floor was dirty. There was a blackout of electricity and they didn't have generator.

Staff were helpful and nice, clean room and great view.

Úžasný výhled na hory a do údolí, milý personál, bydleli jsme 1 noc v luxusní "jurtě" s TV a koupelnou. Západ a východ slunce stojí za to. Pobyt skvělý, ale krátký.

Sousedův pejsek uvázaný trvale na krátkém řetězu, nosili jsme mu jídlo, byl i bez vody, strašně se bál lidí, asi týraný. Což není chyba hotelu, ale krutého souseda.

I actually ended up at this place last minute because I had to cancel a different reservation, and I wish I could have stayed several days. The hostess was wonderful, the dinner and breakfast were great and the apricot jam and juice from their orchard was delicious.

Absolutely magical! This eco resort was a dream — not just for its stunning setting, but for the incredible people who made it feel like home. We loved the owner — warm, inspiring, and truly passionate about what she’s created. Her kids were an absolute joy, bringing so much life and heart to the experience. And the staff? Just amazing — kind, attentive, and full of genuine care. We felt like part of a family and can’t wait to come back. A soul-refreshing stay we’ll never forget!
