Hotel Glory Garden

Location was good with good parking space. Food was also ok.

The washroom exhaust was not working. Complained but wasn’t fixed. I was offered another room on 3rd floor but hotel didn’t had lift so I asked them to fix the exhaust next day instead of relocation. This was never fixed during entire stay duration. The washroom faucet was leaking water. No bucket or hand shower in bathroom, no chairs in room. Very poor lighting in the room. The power sockets for bed lights were hidden behind bed headboard. The carpets were smelling bad and I put them out in balcony during my stay. Biggest issue was heated water. The hotel had central geyser and they would turn it off or set water temp to very low during day hours and wouldn’t set the water temp to appropriate level during day time even after complaints.

The ambience was good, the staff were very kind and polite towards us, happy with the stay

Nice and quiet hotel, lake side at walking distance, close to the park. Nice staff, breakfast is good.
