"the headboard bed is making noises, security came in our room early and said the neighbour is complaining about the bed"

That is situated in the CBD centre
They couldn’t check us in, we had to wait for over 30 minutes for the key. We called several times they would ignore our calls and say someone is coming until 4pm when someone came with it. she didn’t apologise or say nothing
