Holiday house VIDA

Excellent location right in the heart of the city. The apartment is spacious and features two terraces. We found free parking near the football stadium, just a 20-minute walk away, so that wasn’t an issue. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and the large dining table is perfect for bigger groups.

Die Ankunft und die Abfahrt waren sehr unkompliziert. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit Getränken, Etwas zum Knabbern und sogar einem Extraknochen für unseren Hund. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist sofort in dem Städtchen und in wenigen Minuten am Badestrand.

Ein klein wenig hat eine Spülmaschine gefehlt.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Strand,Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants, Promenade wenige Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Super zentral gelegen aber angenehm ruhig. Besitzer extrem Gastfreundlich/Hilfsbereit.

Absolutely great accommodation. Host very caring. He has no problem with a second family gathering in this house, which is not usual. The house is located close to the center, where there are many restaurants, cafes, bakeries, a COOP store and pedestrian areas. It's a pity that there is no dishwasher and microwave oven in the kitchen. I can see the internet speed (1-2Mbps) as a big minus. The bathroom has older equipment, but I don't see a problem with using it. Another big advantage is not using the air conditioning, where the owner has no problem leaving it running all day and is not charged compared to our past experience at Krk in Malinská. The biggest problem was parking. I have to warn you, if you wander, after exiting the one-way street about 50m behind it, a guy will be waiting for you, who will very warmly offer you parking. Agreed price 10 euros/car per day. We were in two cars. We paid for one day with the understanding that we will go shopping and look at them for other parking. The gentleman parked the car for us and if we don't pay the whole week for another 50/eur per day, he won't let us go. An argument solved it and he finally let us go. Anyway, we ended up in his yard where there isn't much room. I definitely do not recommend it!!! Finally, when we went swimming, we found parking for the whole week in a large parking lot right above the beach for 55 euros/car per day. If it was normal behavior, I have no problem with it, but not to force payment by blocking cars with his car. The price is roughly the same as at the beach, but don't jump on the bandwagon and park your car above the beach. Its not far. About 200m.

There is no dishwasher, microwave and very slow internet There is no parking, but I knew about that. It is not a problem of accommodation as such.

Great location! Has everything you need to make you feel at home. Marija is a great hostess, very kind and efficient. Was always there if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay very much.
