Small but functional, very comfortable beds

Would have liked to know in advance that the hot tub would take a long time to heat up.

clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and good outdoor area. Very clean and everything was working well and has all the facilities you need.

The surrounding houses are quite close but to be fair the neighborhood was very quiet.

Very clean and looks like a new place.

Was adequate for what we wanted

Great setup with space for the family. Good washer/dryer (however no line to hang swimmers or anything like that). Handy location for driving around. Super happy with our stay.

Location was wonderful - close to the redwoods and away from the stink. Lovely quiet neighbourhood, still close to shops. Hot tub was incredible, bathroom and water pressure was lovely, kitchen was brilliant and we loved the outdoor deck area. Beautiful linen too. Wonderful place! We also really appreciated the porta cot and baby linen!

Only thing I didn't love was the mattress in one of the rooms. Really didn't like the memory foam and would have preferred a spring mattress instead.

It was fantastic, great place, highly recommend!

The hot tub is a faff. It takes many hours and constant nursing to get it to a desired temp. We made it a project, and the teenage boys were DETERMINED to get it up a suitable temperature, but wow… not worth the effort. Very high effort relatively low reward.

The house was perfect for a girls weekend away. We booked it for its location close to the redwoods, and only a 7 minute drive into town. We were very comfortable and warm and enjoyed the decor/modern amenities. Communication from the property manager was excellent.

We loved the spa, but we found it quite difficult to get a good fire going to heat it. Eventually were able to, and it was well worth the effort!
