Kandy Highland Unique Hotel

The hotel is clean, quiet and remote. I had a lovely mountain view. The room was very clean and comfortable. The batroom was roomy with plenty of hot water. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially Viswa, who understands the importance of providing excellent customer service. He also excelled at creating a divine dinner despite many food restrictions. I highly recommend this property when next you visit Kandy.

There needs to be more hotel signage along the road leading to the property.

La atención personalizada del dueño del hotel. Nos preparó todos los días un desayuno diferente y un día una cena exquisita que nos sirvió en la terraza amplia afuera de nuestra habitación. También nos hizo un upgrade gratuito a una habitación con vista a las montañas de Kandy. Esta vista es extraordinaria. Nos organizó a nuestro chofer de tuc tuc Lesley que fue un excelente guía y lo queremos recomendar de corazón. Leslie nos llevó durante todo el día a diferentes lugares y actividades por un precio muy razonable y el día siguiente hasta la estación de tren. Lo apreciamos muchísimo.

The view is unlike anything I've ever seen. It was real "pinch me" vibes! The room was also super spacious and comfortable. The service was actually the highlight as we were really well looked after for our entire stay. The breakfast was also delicious.

Nothing to do with the hotel but it may be worth noting that it's quite far up the mountain which can make getting taxis to the town centre tougher.

I chose the property to be close to the tea factory. Comfort large room. It's in a posh suburb and has stunning sunset views of the highlands. The staff cooked dinner for me.

View on the city is amazing! The room is really spacious and it has everything you need. The breakfast was also really tasty.
