Breakfast and dinner were delicious and the staff were very helpful

Some of the plugs were difficult to use, air co was not working super well

The view was absolutely amazing. We had a large bed with a view to the mountains. Staff was wonderful.

The terrace has to be shared with other people - they should put some wall between the rooms, then you could sit outside and enjoy all the view.

Locația, mâncarea, personal amabil, camere mari, spațioase și luminoase. Mereu era cineva la recepție care sa ajute cu sfaturi pentru orice ai nevoie.

Pentru un șofer care nu cunoaște zona e puțin dificil sa ajungă la hotel, deoarece străzile sunt foarte înguste și se pot confunda ușor chiar și cu Waze sau Google Maps.

Hospitality is very good

Der Ausblick über die Terrasse war fantastisch. Das Zimmer war mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und einem sehr bequemen Bett ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ganz in der Nähe des Hotels startet der Pekoe Trail.

Es war teilweise schwierig ein Tuktuk zu organisieren, was einen den Berg hochbringt (am letzten Morgen wurde uns vom Personal geholfen).

Transportation is little hectic

Estancia muy cómoda en Kandy, habitación amplia y baño también y unas vistas fantásticas. Ubicación un poco lejos del centro, pero en 10 min con tuk tuk se llega bien. Desayuno variado y rápidos en la atención. El personal un encanto te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Sin duda una grata experiencia! Gracias por todo! ☺️

Pondría una cortina más oscura en el baño, para mayor intimidad.

We stayed at a hotel in Kandy and it was an excellent experience. The staff were very kind and welcoming, the place was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kandy.
