the staff is very accommodating...the rooms are clean and spacious and the food quality was also great. the stay was very comfortable with most facilities available.

the food options were limited but it was delicious and of very good quality.

I booked the room from the website for Rs 2700 however was made to pay an extra amount on reaching the hotel as convenience fee. The room I booked was super deluxe however, the room was much smaller compared to the images in the website.

"Restaurant staffs are not well mannered"

The ambience n the cleanliness of the hotel.

The hotel sub staff and the chef's helpers need to be taught some basic manners , But the receptionist and the restaurant manager is very polite totally liked them. But the sub staff are so arrogant.
