IZEL CASA Near Amrita Hospital

The main highlight of IZEL CASA is its exceptionally clean and well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. Everything was truly excellent in every way. The kitchen, living area, and two bedrooms were maintained to a very high standard of hygiene, making the space comfortable and pleasant. The parking area was convenient, and the support from the team was also very good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

TV was very small in size.

The reviews were very misleading and half the facilities mentioned were not present there When asked for extra bed they gave a thin dilapidated mattress and there was no parking area or garden as mentioned in reviews It was understaffed and the staff present was clearly Overworked .the bedsheets and blankets were dusty and itchy and no breakfast options

safety concerns like balcony had no lock, building main entrance was always open so anyone could come in and room main door had no peephole. however we felt safe through out. Wifi was also slow at time.

The towels were old n had BO smell The sofa in the living area had stain n blood mark but was not cleaned

The property was not as booked in booking.com. we are asked to move to property which was different than booked in booking.com inspite of advance booking for 3 months. Some what I didn't like. The washing machine was dirty. The kitchen was smelling and the electric flaak was dirty with foul smell.

Very good location, excellent apartment well cleaned well maintained the service standard was excellent. And if needed a thing they're always there to help. Especially jose. amazing person. Will definitely visit here again.
