The Suite

The suite is a well converted garage and tastefully done. It bright and fresh with most of the amenities you could wish for including crockery, cutlery and a microwave and a mini fridge with the a tiny icebox. The host replied to my questions quickly and sent simple instructions on how to reach the suite through what I assume to be his back garden. I found the Sainsbury's close enough to walk to if needed and convenient.

Although it didn't affect us the TV signal is a little poor. The mattress was way to soft to the point of sinking into it but we manage an ok nights sleep still.

Once I found the place, it was strange to be taken through the side gate and the garden, but was pleased to find a converted garage that was very clean and very comfortable.

Three types of tea but no coffee. I don't like tea. I do like coffee.

This is best value for money I have ever received (not too far outside london). I was able to get to a meeting in London Fenchurch Street from the nearest station in 35minutes. Be aware the train is not so frequent, however I didnt pay £130 plus to stay in busy london on a saturday for one night. This lovely cosy place was a life saver. You get what you pay for and to be honest my stay exceeded my expectations. The suite was extremely clean and cheap in price. I drove to the property from Manchester, after my meeting I even managed to drive into london late a night for a cheeky site tour, I got to Westminster in 49mins drive (at 11.25pm). I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND if you want somewhere cheap to stay, self contained with privacy

It was a comfortable place to sleep in.

There is nothing to do in the area. The nearest shop was over two miles away. There were tea making facilities, yet no sugar was provided. The room could do with a little more cleaning as the floors were unclean. This place would be ideal for someone who does drive.
