Comfortable bed, very responsive host! Nice little facilities corner

Shower was a bit too hot at times and difficult to control. WiFi connection was a bit poor

Cost was very attractive - for a studio - vs a hotel room. Location was great for our purpose. On street parking easy. Booking and access was easy. No fuss, no drama. Kitchenette was well equipped - fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle - plus crockery & cutlery for 2. There was space to move the double bed away from the wall for an aisle either side.

For essentially a converted garage the space was tight. The room was compact - esp shower & 'kitchenette' - but quite adequate for 2. Furniture was minimal - small kitchenette shelves, a fold-up desk by the bed, a chair. There was nowhere really to put holdalls other than the floor. Hanging space was just a hook or 2. Bed was a bit soft - but we slept well.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean. There was a small kitchen space on the shelves with all needed appliances, fridge and cutlery for 2. Small single folding table, but was good for my business trip where I dined out. A comfortable double bed with clean linen and very good on touch. A large mirror and TV.

A high small window above the bed - if it open at night the air is direct on the head - you can breath well, but you could get cold. The TV couldn't catch up BBC channels, by unknown reason.
