The location is fantastic smack dab in the city center, suprisingly the shower is great and the air conditioning works like a charm. Check in is super easy.

It’s really small, there isn’t really anywhere to stand or sit other than the bed, although shower works well it’s kind of bothersome to wipe water off the toilet after every shower. The bed is a sofa so by default it’s not that comfortable and the pillows are little more than a decoration as they’re flat and don’t exactly scream comfort (little to no head support)

We will never go back to this hole, extremely bad conditions, very low room and small bathroom, maybe you have to be 140cm tall to take a shower, refrigerator, stove and microwave are all thrown in, plugged into a power strip that is on top and creates a possibility for an accident, extremely narrow, two people cannot get by, and you have to bend over, there is no wardrobe, hangers are hanging on the beam that supports the roof and creates an additional problem in this great narrowness, there are no curtains, but some rags are placed on the windows, in the lowest part of the roof there are a table and two chairs, maybe taken from some kindergarten in the 20th century and which cannot be used for anything because the height there is maybe not a meter, a complete hole that on top of everything smells of mold and damp. My wife has respiratory problems and for the short stay she had to pump because she was suffocating. We do not recommend this hole for anything in the world, it is better to look for another place

Adorable, honestly! Considering it's named 'little house', we were obviously expecting it to be small. However, it was comfortable, it had a very home-y vibe to it! Nicely decorated, sunlight coming in, even the children's table was cute and I confess we used it to eat and had no problems, despite the low ceiling. There's wifi and a smart TV too. Had all the necessities- provided shower gels, the shower head and toilet being in the same space was strange I admit, but it worked just fine and there was no mess by the waters. It's also mentioned in the description that it functions that way so it's fine. I think it's perfect for couples or solo travellers, that do not demand extravagance, but seek comfort, only for a couple days. In my opinion, it's better than most plain hotel rooms, it makes you feel like a local, and its location is perfect too, right in the heart-the center of Bologna.

You can't really interfere with the heating, there are laws against messing with it, so it had a kind of cold feeling at some parts of the room- better to have lengthy warm clothes (if visiting during colder months). Even with the windows closed, we encountered a tiny spider, a moth, and a mosquito. Three tiny insects, not a tragedy, unless you have a phobia of them, in my opinion, they're looking for a home too :p Many stairs, so if you have lots and heavy luggage, or get tired easily not ideal.

Location was the only good thing going for this place.

1. No table and chairs for adults to sit an eat at - there was a child's set 2. The shower and toilet in one - so basically you could be having a poo and having a shower at the same time - its false advertising to say a little sprinkler on top of a toilet is classed as a 'separate shower' 3. The heating system was insufficient - there needs to be some kind of heating at the far end of the loft as I felt a constant draft.
