Reset Lombok Hotel

Everything was great, outstanding price value ratio, as we stayed in another similar hotel… the staff was super nice, enough sun beds AND it was quiet at night no mosque wake up to hear so you could start the day well. We would come back any time.

Die zimmer waren grundsätzlich schön, man hatte nur 10‘ zum Zentrum zu Fuss. Man konnte nebenan kostenlos ins Gym und Kurse belegen.

Obwohl man die Rezeption früh genug kontaktiert und eine Uhrzeit für den Frühstück definiert kam es immer zu spät. Beim Frühstück fehlten auch teilweise Sachen. Sie boten vegane Milch an, jedoch konnte ich mir in einer Woche nur 1x Kaffe bestellen. Nach dem man auf der privaten Terasse gefrühstückt hat wurde es erst am nächsten Tag abgeräumt, aber nur wenn man ein Täfelchen aufhengt, dass man sich wünscht, dass das Zimmer aufgeräumt werden soll. Ebenfalls wurde das Zimmer nicht ordentlich aufgeräumt. Sie haben in dieser Woche auch immer was im Zimmer liegen lassen. Ebenfalls wurde dem Badezimmer leider keine Sorgfalt gegeben. Es ist alles bereits rechts verrostet und die Wände angerissen.

Posizione ottima, fuori dal centro di Kuta e quindi più tranquilla. La collaborazione con la palestra accanto è un’ottima offerta. Camere grandi e accoglienti

Everything was top service in our opinion, the setting is so beautiful, with the pool and the beautiful tropical plants everywhere, the bamboo shower, then our room was so nicely decorated, really beautiful. Extremely comfortable bed and really nice cotton sheets. The bathroom has lovely lighting. The tv is big and works great for Netflix etc. We loved all the staff, lady at reception was so nice, and so was breakfast waitress. The food options were nice for lunch by the pool (loved the chicken pesto sandwich). And our absolute favourite was the free pass to the gym next door which is amazing ! Never too busy, spacious and airy, great equipment, a real treat as part of the hotel stay. Also the location is tucked away from the busy high street so it’s much quieter, you can hire scooters from reception for easier transport. We loved this hotel so much we wanted to extend our stay but no surprise it’s often fully booked. So worth the money

Only complaint is that they allow smoking in the patios in front of the rooms (ashtrays) so if you end up with smoking neighbours it will smell like cigarette often. I don’t mind around the pool but maybe they could change the rule for the patios for a better experience to non smokers

We treated ourselves to a four night stay here at the end of our six week Indonesia trip. It was a great choice as it’s a beautiful hotel! The rooms are all set around the pool, which was actually a quiet environment perhaps partly due to it being an adult only hotel and also the rooms are sheltered behind vegetation and not directly visible from the pool. The room itself was lovely, spacious with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommended!
