GBGBThe location is excellent. We stayed in the area to attend the Lytham Festival, the property is a 2 minute walk from the festival. We were able to sit in the garden listening to sound checks etc. The property was immaculately clean, the facilities were all in good working order, we were very comfortable throughout our stay and all slept well. Being able to put the car in the garage was brilliant, as there was not much available parking on the roads with the town being so busy. If we stay in the area again I will be looking to return to this property.

GBFab holiday, let in the perfect location. Close to the beach and the shops. Garage is a fantastic extra.
The only thing that let it down slightly was the garden. It really needs a good tidy up, but it was still usable and wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Street Parking is very restricted and not aided by neighbours placing bollards as a deterrent. Property does have a garage however access and manoeuvre are very tight unless you have a small car.

Nothing really…. Everything lovely. Only positive feedback is to maybe jetwash garden area but I’m sure this will be done for summer and didn’t bother us.

Interference on TV possible WiFi issue. Noticed dust on the inner rails in the main bedroom.
GBA beautiful house in a beautiful location. Everything you need is literally around the corner. The little treats left were a beautiful gesture. Would definitely like to return in the future!
GBThe kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. Holly left us bread and butter, milk and cake, and a bottle of cava, which were a lovely touch. Very close to town and shops. Bed is very comfortable and fantastic shower.

Music noise throughout the night, sounded like a lullaby on repeat, think it came from next door but I’m a very light sleeper my husband didn’t notice it.
