"Very convenient place of stay with great room service."

The location is convenient to main temple, the staff are courteous, the rooms are convenient with all amenities & room service is wonderful & convenient. I will recommend this place to all my relatives visiting shirdi.

Payments through credit cards should be accepted, these days not everyone is carrying enough cash for everything when travelling.

Nothing except the location.

There are reasons - 1.the bedsheet and pillow were torn. 2. The hotel didn't provide airport shuttle service 3.the hotel didn't gave basic toiletries. 4.the price of the hotel is not even justified. 5.the mattress was so hard
