Mr Duy was very helpful and accommodating. The hillside homestay was dirty with a very hard bed and when we expressed this, he made every effort to help us, ultimately transferring us to their cleaner hotel in Sapa town. We'd recommend their hotel in Sapa, and if you don't mind a more rustic experience, then this hillside homestay would be fine as well.

The homestay view is breathtaking. The owner and the staff were helpful and kind. The homestay provides rented bikes and easy access to bus station. The homestay is 20min downtown from central SaPa and it's worth the stay. The rooms had beautiful view of the SaPa terrain. Recommend to stay at this exceptional homestay

I love the view from the room and restaurant. The owner and receptionist are quite kind and friendly.

The location was outside the town which meant had beautiful views of rice fields and local village. The manager was brilliant with helping us out for daily activities. Property was clean and neat.

The bedroom had bug come in at night that not sure how they got in.

Owner was lovely and very accomodating, room was amazing and had one of the best views I've had in a hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay, will definitely recommend :)

There was a problem to get breakfast earlier, even the breakfast should be ready at 7.30, they started to prepare it at that time....
