The location was great and the staff was very helpful and put us in touch with a great local guide for the tour.

The room was not clean: dirty sheets, bad smelling towels, heavy citronella smell in the room, closets smelled of mold. The pillows were extremely thin as well.

Raahath Inn is a good budget option to visit Munnar and surroundings. It is located in the center, but in a silent side-road. Everything is nearby: bus station, restaurants, cafés, shopping. The rooms are clean, but a bit oldish - so do not except a luxury hotel, but for this price it was totally okay for us - and the balcony is amazing. The manager was quite helpful and reliable, helped in any case, also organised us a day-trip, which I can recommend also. Thank you!
