Soriana grocery 5 min away, beaches 15 min by foot, everything clean, downstairs is drinking water container, kitchen+ TV ... perfect .. We had our flight in the afternoon, thank you for letting us stay in the complex until then 👍👍

air conditioner was difficult to turn on

Good location

First room we checked into had black mold under the kitchen sink. We had a hard time breathing and wanted to leave. The gentleman that was assisting us via Whatsapp was kind enough to promptly switch us rooms. The water pressure is awful. Taking a shower and washing the dishes was challenging. We booked for 5 ppl but only had 2 bath towels. Floors were very dirty. Our feet were black from walking around in the room. Kitchen was tiny with very limited counter space making it challenging to cook in. The tiny pool had murky water. My kids couldn't swim in it because it wasn't sanitary. If you have children and a room on the top floor be careful because the railings have very wide gaps where a child can easily fall through. This is situated on the balcony and also the hallway leading to the room. There's a sofa bed in the room which is great but there was no additional pillow. Had to use my child's teddy bear as a pillow. I contacted the gentleman that was helping us during our stay asking if there was luggage service where we could leave our luggage and never got a response back. He helped us move rooms on the first day but no words from him the next day.
