Super logement, très beau et propre ! La cuisine est agréable, ainsi que l’espace salon pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Bel emplacement à 2 pas de la gare de train et du time out market.

La configuration de la chambre pourrait être revu, on se cognait souvent sur le coin du lit car l’espace de circulation était inadéquate. Lit un peu mou.

Bedroom is a little narrow to walk in , shower need a good cleaning it seems like a have molding a maybe just dirty, towels was smaller roof needs bigger towels .

The noise (people walking) from the upper flat was very loud. It's not pleasant when the kids are jumping on your head at 7 a.m. The ventilator in the bathroom was not working, also the light in the bathroom is very dim. It's impossible to shave or to do make up without any light above the mirror. The owner was completely unflexible about the check-in and check-out time, even when we asked to change it just for 1 hour. But the location is excellent for tourism or shopping and the flat is quite nice.

Good security. An electronic keypad to gain access to the building upon initial arrival, then a lock-box at the apartment door to get keys to the unit and the front door.

Location is excellent and it is nicely furnished, clean and modern.

Not really adequate seating for 2 people in the living room. The bed was too soft and hard to get in and out of the bedroom due to the position of the glass dividing wall. Also, it would good to have laundry facilities. The bathroom sink drain was plugged and drained very slowly.

Cleanliness was very poor. Oven thick with grease, dirty floors, bed linen & towels had dirty marks on them, fridge had receipts in from previous guests. The bed does not fit the space it’s in and is very awkward to walk around -especially because of the wooden frame.

Lovely apartment, perfect for a couple. Wss spotless and was in a great location for the Sao Bento metro and for walking to the river or to the city sights. Bed big and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend here for a city break.

The only detraction was some building noise, like creaking, from above during one night.
