Seaside Hermanus Guest Room

We loved the size of the room, the bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, the mountain view from balcony was lovely..

Faulty television, kept getting a dark screen while tv playing, no door on bathroom is a big no, the fact they cant have just a microwave, with some useful utensils like glasses and 2 plates. The fact there was space inside the property for our car to park, but we were asked to park outside, the fact we were not informed that neighbours are busy with renovations and will be making a noise.. The fact the owners didn't find it necessary to even greet us or welcome us.. Just the maid came out..

Property, clean, and beautiful bathroom. However, small details count, i.e., property has a balcony but no table and chairs to enjoy the mountain views. The room had a fridge, but no bottle water was supplied. Lovely coffee machine with only one pot each... everyone doesn't like pot coffee, so a variety of coffee and tea would have been appreciated. Pls make sure the tea bags are covered and not open a health hazard. Coffee provided but no milk supply. No drinking glasses provided. Hope these comments will help you for future bookings. Place is clean.

Parking and living your car outside of the yard. No ironing board and iron. Changing of bedding you must remind or request them its unfair. Children in the yard and at the bottom house or home making noise most time(not quiet place). Limited freedom as a vacation place.. Always unnecessary rules leach and every day. The landlord is so unfriendly. No wifi tv not playing. Been pressurized and reminded that 10:00 checkout time. You must request or remind them that they must change your bedding and towels that we were using 2days. Bath or beach towels that they provide are so dull and very dry. Cleaning of room is done on request that's is unfair.. Unfriendly owner.
