Location was perfect and the kids loved the pool.

It would be good to see a private apartment like this before paying, the small-sized pictures alone cannot tell everything. Now there was a requirement to pay a day before arrival, so when we saw the apartment and the equipment belonging to it, it was a big disappointment. In a location like this, when an apartment costs 1,500 euros for three weeks, there shouldn't be any defects in the furniture, such as, for example, a rock-hard bed in the second bedroom (was there a folding artificial leather makeshift sofa?) or very inadequate kitchen furniture, burnt cooking utensils that couldn't be used to cook, etc. But as always in Thailand, people are very helpful, and even annoying demands between tourists are met with a smile and an attempt to fix the situation. As it happened in this case; the owner's representative provided better kitchen utensils upon request. Thanks for that. The biggest problem with this apartment is the wrong pricing, not so much because of the location, which is excellent, but because of the equipment, which is .... lousy. The furniture does not match the rest of the apartment. But anyway, we enjoy the vacation and finally the apartment too :) You always have to remember that tourists have slightly different expectations of vacation weeks than citizens living in a different culture.

Location and pool are wonderful

The room is fine, but the beds are very hard. Please consider changing mattresses.

Was in a good location for night life but not to close that you couldn't sleep for the noise and large pool if that's your thing

Love the location. Close to everything. Great pool. I slept pretty well there, great bed. It's very quiet considering it's in the middle of an entertainment district. Big shower with plenty of hot water.

I should have read the fine print better before booking. There was no safety box or toaster in the room. Two things I like having. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower aren't labeled. I took a chance that blue was shampoo and pink was soap. I think I was right. I had a key card to enter the room. One day, luckily it was day time, I couldn't get into the room. The electronic panel on the door where you swipe the card wasn't working. I had to go down to the office and ask the staff for help. There was someone ahead of me so I had to wait. Finally, they called a rather grumpy maintenance guy to help me out. What had happened was the batteries in the electronic panel on the inside of the door had gone dead. I had to go to 7\11 to buy new batteries for the door and maintenance guy did the rest for me. All in all this took about 1.30-2 hrs out of my vacation time. When I messaged the room manager about what had happened and that I had to go buy batteries all she replied was "ok". No apology. I was reimbursed B140 for the batteries. I recommend that those batteries be replaced AT LEAST every two months no matter what so that this doesn't happen to another guest. What if this had happened at night? I would have had to look for another room or sleep on a sunbed by the pool til morning.

Well furnished unit with 2 bed rooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. comfortable living room, centrally located condo with direct access to Avenue Centre & villa market, quiet alley access to Soi Diana. we arrived after 7PM and the keys were left in the post box. same for check out. The manager was helpful is suggesting venues that we were in search of, good water pressure in the showers, kitchen was well equipped for anybody that wants to cook.

The beds were not comfortable (felt like polythene covers), Bath towels would not absorb any water, we went out & bought our towels at the nearby store. Road works in progress for the past 7-8 weeks obstructing traffic.

Very nice and well projected apartment. Position excellent.

A/C not working properly in one room. Swimming Pool under renovation works..
