I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. I had booked an AC room, but the air conditioning was not working throughout the night. Despite raising the issue with the hotel staff, no proper resolution was provided. Initially, the staff assured me that the AC would start working within an hour, but from 4:00 PM until around 3:30 AM, I had to suffer due to the malfunctioning AC. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, I asked for a written acknowledgment stating that proper service was not provided for my room. However, they completely denied my request and refused to give any written confirmation. Overall, this experience was not worth the money, and I would not recommend this property due to poor service and lack of accountability from the staff.
