• Ein Schlafzimmer war durch starken Wasserschaden unbewohnbar. Die Wände waren feucht, verschimmelt und der Raum hat stark nach Moder und Feuchtigkeit gerochen (siehe Foto). Ein Schlafen in diesem Zimmer war unmöglich. • Das zweite „Schlafzimmer“ war lediglich ein schmaler Gang mit Tür – kein vollwertiges Zimmer. • Das dritte Zimmer war nur über dieses Gang-Zimmer zugänglich, was die Privatsphäre stark eingeschränkt hat. Unter diesen Umständen war die Unterkunft nicht wie beschrieben nutzbar. Ich erwarte daher eine angemessene Entschädigung

The flat was very clean; it was very comfortable and all the devices were new and working properly. The location was great, at 10 minutes walking to the centre. Internet worked perfectly well. The administrator of the flat was very helpful, ready to answer any questions or help us with whatever we needed. I truly recommend this property!
Depending on the time, it was a bit hard to find space to park.
